Kendall Drive and Palm Avenue Park and Ride Facility

  • Work area: South of Kendal Drive and Palm Avenue Intersection
  • Day Work: Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily
  • Work Specifics:  Storm drain work, surveying, mock-up station–continuing work on restroom and platform construction

E Street

  • Work Area: Select locations between 10th Street and Orange Show Road
  • Day Work:  Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily
  • Night Work:  Monday thru Friday from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. nightly
  • Work specifics: Driveway, burb and gutter work–grading, pouring and paving; concrete curing; tree removal; tree installation; fire hydrant relocation (planned water shut off Thursday, April 15th from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. between 10th and 9th streets. Property owners will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Lane Closure: The lane nearest the curb on the west side of E Street will be closed.

Hospitality Lane between Diners Court and Tippecanoe Avenue

  • Work Area: Select locations between Diners Court and Tippecanoe Avenue
  • Day Work: Mon. – Fri. from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily
  • Night Work: Mon. – Thurs. from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and Fri. from midnight to 7 a.m. nightly
  • Work Specifics: Ongoing irrigation and landscaping activities; tree removal; traffic control beginning Wednesday, April 7; solid removals (curb/sidewalk) beginning Thursday, April 5
  • Lane Closure: As a result of solid removals, the lane nearest the curb on the north side of Hospitality Lane will be closed.

PLEASE NOTE: Planned water service interruption is expected as a result of water meter relocation work in select areas of Hospitality Lane. Service interruption will be minimal and will only take place when meters are ready to be connected to the main water line at night. Outreach to businesses regarding this activity is ongoing. Notification of temporary service interruption will occur at least 24 hours in advance.
