OmniLink is a demand-response transportation system providing curb-to-curb service
for the
general public in Yucaipa (and portions of Calimesa) and Chino Hills. OmniLink minibuses do not go on a
regular route, but respond to customer’s telephone
requests for service on a daily basis.
The OmniLink minibus stops in front of the nearest accessible location
for the vehicle. The driver will honk and wait no more than three
minutes for you to come out for your ride. For safety reasons, the
driver is not permitted to go up private driveways or back into or
out of a street.
Chino Senior Center
The Chino Senior Center is served by OmniLink vehicles during specific time periods:
Departing Chino Hills at approximately 10:00 a.m. and departing the Chino Senior Center at approximately 1:00 p.m., weekdays only.
Reservations for the outbound trip must be scheduled from 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. the day before. Reservations for the return trip must be scheduled from 6:30 a.m. to 12 noon the same day.

In the demand response zone, OmniLink schedules pick
up times using 40-minute windows. So, if you have a 9:00 a.m. pick
up, OmniLink schedules your pick up time as 8:50 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Be ready for your ride any time within this window. Only arrivals
outside the window are considered early or late. See schedule for
fixed route segment times.
OmniLink has three levels of service:
-
Same Day Service
You may call OmniLink for same day service on a space available basis.
-
Advance Reservations
You can make reservations up to three days in advance of your trip.
-
Repeater Service
If you make the same trip on OmniLink at least three days per week you
may qualify to register for repeater service. To qualify, you must be
going to and from the exact same location at the exact same times each
day. Repeaters can make reservations for one calendar month at a time.
Canceling a Ride
Cancellations must be made at least two hours before your target pick-up time. Otherwise, you will be classified as a “no show” passenger. Three “no shows” will result in denial of advance reservation or repeater services for 6 months. Repeated no shows can result in denial of service.
Your transfer is Free to Omnitrans Route 65 within Chino Hills or Routes 8 and 9 within Yucaipa.
Just ask your driver to issue you a transfer. Your transfer will be good for two hours to exchange for an Omnitrans Day Pass - a $3.50 value ($1.60 for S/D). A Day Pass allows unlimited travel throughout the omnitrans system. Your transfer will not be good for another trip on Omnilink.
